We began with the practice, not the technology. Before any of it was built, we studied where Indian litigation actually breaks. Records that arrive as scattered, multilingual paper. Precedent too vast to trace by hand. A legal system with no natural uniformity from one state to the next. Obiter is built backwards from that.
In a single year we designed it, built it, and put it into real matters. Obiter reads a whole case file and answers from the record. It traces the authorities that govern a question, and it weighs the moves a matter can take before counsel commits to one.
